1. What I eat. How much is local, organic, what I make vs buy pre-made. How often I undermine my conscious effort to eat well by indulging. I've been paying more attention to my eating habits lately and I'm interested in reform within the food industry and how what we eat affects us so I think I'd really like to do this one.
2. What I wear. How often do I change clothes, how often do I wear the same things, when do I dress appropriately for the weather vs making dumb choices like canvas sneakers when its raining for the sake of an outfit.
3. How often do I "stay connected" via checking websites, texting on my phone, etc.
