Love the color palette. I wonder if this would be more successful if the arrow point hit Arnold in the middle of his forehead, and his whole face wasn't yellow? Only yellow where the yellow hit?
Title is much better. The Bengie's info is too large/high in the hierarchy, and conflicts with your imagery. Could it be simplified, run as a line, and sit with your marathon title in the top version? that would really open up the composition and let the eye move around it.
Watch your right margin where the "L" in Recal hits. I'd also look at what happens if you bleed the lightning bolt right off instead of maintaining a margin around your poster.
I like the top one too except for the type Marathon text. It seems to be floating. I'd take it down to the info text at the bottom of your poster.
I think your Total Recall title could use some life, it looks very static for having a fried Arnold in the middle. For instance, when the "total" was italicized in last week's crit. (just make sure all of the letters are italicized).
I'd also take Ryan's rec and simplify your info text, your imagery is really nice, so let us focus on that.
I feel like these are regressions, comments would be appreciated.
