Images are fine when they are clicked on. Not sure why.
Watch your hierarchy in your solution. The supporting info and the slogan are exactly the same, and it makes the hierarchy seem unclear.
The use of the slogan does not add much to the overall solution. I think the images are fine, but the location makes them feel very static instead of active, and utilizing an angle could resolve this. This is especially true of the chainsaw, which could really be the anchor of your concept, but it's lost at the bottom of your poster.
In the second solution, the location info is very tight to the right margin, and feels uncomfortably close to the edge.
With only the elements on poster 2, you could have a very strong solution, think of how the chainsaw and type could interact to push this forward.
